I have been craving this pasta salad for awhile now and I finally got around to making it. It is so delicious and very simple to make. Its just me and E for lunch, but we are doing it right!

valentines cards

Last year for valentines, Chaiss made the cutest valentines cards! They were so adorable that Kathryn and I had to make some for our little girls. We had a great time putting our cards together but the funniest part was trying to get a picture of the girls. My mom, Kathryn and myself were standing in front of Esther and Staples trying our best to make them smile. Our voices were so high pitched and we were way to animated that we all ended up with headaches. We got the picture and I think they turned out pretty cute! Happy Valentines!

One of my favorite times of the day is when Pravin gets home from work. He takes Esther so I can finish/start dinner (tonight we had spaghetti- yum!) and they have their father/daughter time, which I love to watch. =) Our evenings consist of: eating dinner with esther at the table in her bumbo, talking to our babe trying to get her to laugh, watching her play on her playmat (which she loves), me singing ridiculous phrases that don't make any sense to help calm E when she's crying, going on a stroll (warm up weather!!) and my most favorite is before we put esther down for the night we all get in our bed and lay there talking and playing while enjoying our sweet girl. She is growing so fast and I hope I never forget these precious moments with her. Love my family of three!

3 months!

Happy 3 months Esther! I am so proud to say that you are now sleeping through the night! You normally go to bed around 9:30 or 10 (we are working on pushing that time up a little!) and wake up around 8:30 or 9... it's sooo nice! You have started to smile so much this month and I LOVE having little conversations with you. I love seeing you with your daddy. One of my favorite things to watch is your daddy putting on your socks. He makes sure that they are on just right lining up the seam with you toes- it is precious! This month you have started to realize you have hands. You are starting to grab your rings and you try so hard to put them in your mouth but your not quite there yet... almost! keep trying! Your hair is starting to fall out but nothing a little comb over can't fix. This month you learned how to roll over!! You surprised your daddy one morning because you had rolled on your back with your hands under your head just smiling so big! Of course we made you do it a million times after that and you did! Go Esther! But now you are waking up in the night when you roll over but its just a matter of a couple minutes rocking and your sound asleep. I love being home with you all day. I love seeing you play on your playmat. I love that you love your baths. I love your sweet noises- squeaks and all! You mean so much to me and I thank the Lord each day for blessing me with you. I love you, Esther.
